Good Morning Wales – Real Love

Good Morning Wales

Hearing a story the other day inspired me to write about finding real love. When your child falls in love for real, the very first time. When he said he just misses her and wants to be with her. They are just beginning.

Knowing how that feels; remembering how I felt when his parents welcomed me with such open arms. I’m just a simple girl from Texas who was lucky enough to fall for their boy. Both of his parents are extraordinary and to be accepted is lovely and settling.

I think when someone finds a partner it is a wondrous thing.  I don’t think any of us are meant to be alone. Maybe that is why our creator made two of everything in the beginning.

There might just be a person out there made for everyone. With so many people in the world, you know when you’ve found the right one if you take the right steps.

That kind of attraction is hard to be mistaken; I think it must be love and mutual affection can grow to love.

Sometimes, there’s your soulmate and then there’s the person you’ll spend the rest of your life with.

Then when you discover that the other half of your soul was the one you chose to be with?

So many nights, so many hours. Nights that lasted forever. Nights that bore deep into my soul and brought out light I’ve never known existed.

As I sit wrapped in thoughts of you. No longer shall I write a love is only about physical or sexual need, but it’s about companionship, supporting one another and enjoying the same things. Sometimes it’s just being together in the same room; reading or watching TV.

Today I write these words which paint a portrait of a dozen fairy tales that have come true for me and that is my wish and hope others will find it too.

Thank you for reading.
